Project Overview

After some investigation, it was discovered that the cracked concrete was caused by an incorrect installation of the waterproofing membrane under the door. The membrane was repaired, and custom sills were installed to suit each opening.

The concrete at the threshold of this client’s front and sliding door had begun to deteriorate over time. We removed it and completed the repairs accordingly. The openings were patched and parged to achieve an even and aesthetically pleasing finish!
